Below, you’ll find everything you need to know in order to take full advantage of the plans and resources available to you. Let’s get started!
Follow the steps in this checklist to ensure you fully understand our benefits package, eligibility requirements, and how to enroll.
- Start by downloading the 2025 Benefit Guide and saving it in an easily accessible location. This will be your ultimate benefit resource anytime you need benefits information.
- Review the eligibility requirements on page 43.
- Review page 3 and notice that all our benefits are categorized by Your Health, Your Wealth, and Your Life. Take the time necessary to read and study each of these sections, both in the benefit guide and here on the My Benefits website, to help you decide which benefits are right for you and your family. You can see contribution amounts starting on page 39. If you are struggling to decide, visit ALEX.
- Once you have decided which plans are right for you, be sure to collect any necessary dependent information then complete your enrollment one of two ways: Enroll on the Oracle Self Service or call 1-888-224-0678 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm MST within 30 days of starting at Myriad Genetics.
- Once you have enrolled in your benefits, save for the future by enrolling in the 401(k). You can do this one of two ways: Enroll on the Fidelity Investments website or call 1-800-835-5095 to receive help from a representative Monday through Friday.
- Explore your benefits and create your various online accounts! Visit the Contacts page for links to your benefit login pages. Note: You may have to wait for additional information to enter some accounts, such as your medical card to get into your medical online account.
